It’s never easy when your much loved canine family member is approaching the end of their journey. Dr. Rex Johnson and his staff made the end of life experience as positive as it could possibly be. He provided great care to both of our dogs before Coco, a 14-year old Shepherd cross, was suffering. Thank you ALL for your kind and compassionate care! I want to express our gratitude for taking such good care of our entire family! 🐕❤️🌟
I have 3 Shih Tzus and one large mixed. Recently changed from long time Vet to Dr Johnson. Very happy with him and even though I cannot go in with my pets and they do not like being handled by others they seemed somewhat relaxed when staff took them in. Very comforting to me . I would definetly recommend and my groomer recommends.
We had to put down our boxer dog yesterday. Very sweet, empathetic, and patient vet and staff. They made our appointment at the time that they close to not only accommodate but to help alleviate our boxer dogs suffering. I can’t thank the staff enough! The vet even offered to get a paw print of our beloved pet. They even let all four of us be with Ashley when she passed. I’d highly recommend this place!!!!

This guy was in some major pain! Dr. Johnson & staff took great care of him and he is one happy camper now! I highly recommend Edmond East Animal Hospital!
By far the best Veterinarian and office we’ve ever been to. From Dr. Johnson’s extensive knowledge and genuine care for his patients, to all of his supporting staff, the service is exceptional. We are always greeted with friendly faces and leave feeling confident that our animals are well taken care of. I’d recommend East Edmond Animal Hospital to any pet owner.
Dr. Johnson and his staff have been incredible to work with. We have two rescues both of which are very timid around others. The staff always gives them time to acclimate to them before screening them. Highly recommend.
Drs. Rex and Shannon are THE BEST!!! They get on the floor with your pets (dogs in my case) and really listen to your concerns. Last week I had to put my 12.5 year old pittie down and they did an imprint of her paw on clay so I could always have a piece of her with me. I can’t say enough great things about these vets, they are amazing!
Dr. Johnson is just the best. He really cares for our dogs and we are so happy.
