Everyone there is real friendly
I appreciate the fact that appointments are kept by the doctor and staff as it is not only the patient who commits to being available at the designated time.

As someone who has not needed extensive dental work up until this chapter in my life, I was very apprehensive about all procedures. Dr. Chandler and his staff have a way of making the patient feel at ease through their humor, vast knowledge and calming demeanors. Most importantly, I was able to feel comfortable and a priority in Dr. Chandler's office.
I like that everyone that works at Edmond Smiles. They are all really nice. They relate to you personally and treat you not like another patient but make you feel important. I actually dont dread going to the dentist now!

Other than a standard checkup, this was my first appointment in which anything was actually done. The staff were all very friendly, and it was quite obvious they knew what they were doing. The entire time there I felt comfortable and relaxed thanks to them, and any fears or concerns I had melted away almost instantly. The only "problem" one might have is the small wait room but this is remedied by a low (less than 15 minute) wait to be seen. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chandler and his staff to anyone.
I am the WORST at going to the dentist my anxiety is aweful, with that being said I have never had such a WONDERFUL experience at the dentist office ever the dental hygenice was VERY nice extremly patient and all around a wonderful help with making me comfortable and not nervouse!! and Dr Chandler was wonderful as well if and when i ever have to go back to the dentist your office is absolutley for sure where i will go!
