I have had to deal with Chip Edmiston as a listing agent on a home I am trying to purchase. In the time that I have had to deal with Chip I have found that he does not respond to calls or emails. He has lied to contractors. Made promises that he didn't keep. Chip has cost me money, time and a lot of frustration. I do not recommend! Stay away from this agent!
