Simply great to work with. Their bid came in $2000 less than the other 2 we got. Their professionalism and work was second to none. I highly recommend Dale and Edmisten Heating & Cooling, Inc. Since installed my unit has already saved us $2000+. Love going local.

I am on a limited budget and got many estimates from all over the state. I can honestly say that not only did Edmisten HVAC listen to my needs and budget constraints, Mr.Edisten assured me that the job would be done with the utmost in professionalism. Products are fine as far as I can tell. Customer relations and service are not all they should be. Currently dealing with them over a problem with HVAC system. Had to come out twice and I had to insist on a second visit before they were able to diagnose the problem. First tech tried to claim dirty filters were the cause. Not so. Now there's a delay getting the part and installing under warranty because of the holiday, etc. Typical.

this company is very sorry on there service and they have sorry equipment i have had a heat pump installed by them for about 2 weeks and have had nothing but trouble out of it and now it does not work at all they now that was the only heat i had now i have none they keep saying i am on the list to have a service tech to come out and was supposed to on 1-28-10 and havew not seen them or heard from them i would highly not recommend this company to any one
