At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. Food was great! Don’t sleep on the banana pudding, it’s delicious!
Turkey was good flavor but barely warm, brisket was lots if fat. Everything else was OK.
Just ordered a couple pounds of the smoked pork shoulder to go but was amazing as always. I live about 30 minutes away and I can't ever make it even out of Edwardsville b4 I Crack open the container and start chowing down on the pork shoulder, the smell is soooooo amazing.
