At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. This was the worst version of burnt ends I have ever encountered. Total waste of $20. The place does looks cool on the inside. I got this meal to go as I was in a hotel right down the road. I would not call those burnt ends more like meat chunks. Mac and cheese was worse than kraft. Super small portions. Deff would not recommend. Maybe other things are better. Cornbread was ok tho
We were in town looking for a place to eat with our dog. They let us eat on the covered patio. The food was so delicious! Bruce gave it a 10/10 and so did we!
