This was the best BBQ I've ever had. The half chicken was smokey and perfectly tender with browned skin and this delicious red sauce drizzled on. The cornbread was grilled and had great jalapeño flavor throughout. Took home a quart of their sauce. Incredible!

When we need comfort food, like this Saturday lunch after working all morning on our weekend - this is our go-to. The hot wings and turkey platter never disappoint. And the half wacker was a great way to get the weekend part of this weekend started. Thanks, Edley's for being part of the fun.
I had the pork BBQ sandwich with red sauce and a side of the wonderful French fries. I asked for low salt/seasoning to the fries and they were perfect. I actually asked the server to let the cook know the fries were perfect. The sandwich is to die for. Large amount of pork deliciously tender and the sauce is perfect. I loved it.
