Went over to see my long-time friend Brandon at Edley's today and tried the BBQ... Outstanding! I got the BBQ plate with Potato Salad and Baked Beans. The BBQ had an excellent smoke flavor, very lean, served with just the right amount of sauce (savory not sweet). The potato salad was seasoned with just a bit of ranch and although that sounds like it wouldn't work well it really does. OMG! Best BBQ and Brisket in Nashville!! The sides are also to die for! Must try the baked beans and potato salad! Food so good you'll wanna smack your momma... lol 5+ on the food for sure. But the lady at the register could be more friendly and informative.
