I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at the Frederic Malle store. You can buy premium scent at high end department stores but here the team bring their product expertise and experience and take the time to understand your needs, your profile and guide you towards a luxury product that you will ultimately wear and enjoy for some time.
Had a wonderful experience at my first visit. The male staff (I forgot his name) was so friendly and professional. I don’t know much about perfume and my English isn’t very well. But he gave me lots of guidance with patience. In love with several scents that I tried today!

Not only did she take the time to really understand your personal profile, it was almost as if she was there all along with you.
