Great real estate company!!! They were able to steer me in the correct direction to buy a second home, rented out my first home and vetted the renters. Never had a problem correcting anything with either of my properties using Edita realty for a management company. They have been a blessing and the office manager is an incredible asset!!! Horrible company. Don't expect anything to ever be fixed. Lived in an apartment for over 6 weeks with no a/c and 2 leaks in the roof. Kept being told they had someone out, or he patched a spot here or a spot there. As for the a/c unit, it was a window unit, took just under 6 weeks to get it put in..IN JULY/AUGUST. Was told we had to wait for owner approval. I had mold growing in my kitchen cabinets, and it being the rainy season had a puddle on my counter and floor almost every day.
