My husband and I met with Ralph a few times for a couple of homes he had listed for rent and he was nothing but professional! Yes you do have to fill out an application but there is no fee for the application initially and you can opt to NOT include your ssn etc. Ralph is extremely nice and very understanding and willing to help you get into a home! This company is attempting to do something I have never seen before! BE WARY as it goes against basic safety for your information. They want an application filled out prior to even seeing a house you are interested in. This includes collecting a whole bunch of people's private information WITH social security numbers! Absolutely not.
Seems you can’t look at a home before filling out an application first . First time i have ran into this issue in the 15 years i’ve been renting . Not sure about anyone else but giving all your personal info before walking through the front door doesn’t sit right with me .
