This company is attempting to do something I have never seen before! BE WARY as it goes against basic safety for your information. They want an application filled out prior to even seeing a house you are interested in. This includes collecting a whole bunch of people's private information WITH social security numbers! Absolutely not.
Seems you can’t look at a home before filling out an application first . First time i have ran into this issue in the 15 years i’ve been renting . Not sure about anyone else but giving all your personal info before walking through the front door doesn’t sit right with me .

Great real estate company!!! They were able to steer me in the correct direction to buy a second home, rented out my first home and vetted the renters.
