Jerritt is an absolute godsend. After a thorough consultation (where my expectations were reasonably set, pricing was clearly communicated, etc.), I scheduled a color correction to see how much of 10+ years of box black dye we could remove. Jerritt made certain that my hair could handle the process before proceeding, then managed to lift so much of the dye out of my hair that we were both shocked.
