It's a family spot... Ive been going to Edit Salon since they opened, so for years and LOVE IT! I get cut & color and both my kids have their hair cuts religiously every 6-weeks! Great service, relaxing environment for everyone in the family!
Chase-a genius holding sheers. A beautiful conversationalist and an amazing artist. I fly in from out-of-town, make a last-minute appointment and get Chase. Go. See him. Don't look back....but be ready for transformation; don't book until you know you can handle the upgrade.
RecommendedThis Salon is amazing. I have been a customer for years. Stylists are all top-notch. Patrick (owner) is a great guy and has pulled together a terrific team of talent. It is a very friendly and welcoming place and you can't make a mistake with any service there! Amy (colorist) is brilliant and I still dive an hour and half to see her Call and go in for a consultation, you won't be disappointed.
I've been to Edit three times in the past few months, twice for cut (Gil), once for color (Amy) and couldn't be happier! Best my hair has looked since I moved to Chicago two years ago. To boot everyone on the staff is super friendly, salon is clean with good vibes.
First I am that person that is scared to death to get my hair cut because it's always comes out to short. I researched salons for weeks, then I booked my appointment with Edit for a cut and color because their reviews were amazing. Allison did the color and have me exactly what I asked for! Mila Gave me my cut, and Wow did she really take my feelings into close consideration. She cut everything that was dead, still keep it the length I ask and made it look 4x fuller then it really is!
