I purchased a PlantCraft Titan 9 tiller. Worked from 1 job, tilling a 18sqm vegetable garden, then stopped, never to start again. 1ts was told it wasa carburettor issue. Later a mechanic friend examined issue and discovered that the coil was the issue. Their support demded video evidence. Support difficult to deal with, only via email that appeared to be pre generated. Local Ph went straight to voicemail, resulting in a return call from an overseas call centre. This company and MyDeal that uses this mob, are one of the worst I've ever dealt with! The product quality is terrible. I purchased a pole saw, which didn't work properly. After weeks of being given the runaround, they finally arranged for their own courier to pick it up from Sydney to deliver it back to Sydney? It's been 4 weeks since the pickup, with countless emails back and forth, and I still haven't received a refund or a resolution to my claim. I'm sure I'm not the only one facing this issue.
