Came here for a concert last night and ordered my reservation in advance with spot hero. And when I approached to the location that was online. The attendant looking at my QR code said that I was in the wrong place. And they were not specific with where I was supposed to go. Almost like they didn’t understand what I was telling them and I got confused. Manager of this spot is absolutely rough in talk, not respectful , not at all customer friendly, not ready to listen even customer is talking politely in a low tone and respectfully
