Went for my birthday and was not disappointed. The bartender Brady was energetic and very knowledgeable of the menu. He was extremely attentive and service was top notch. The food was AMAZING. I'm not an adventurous eater so the menu was a bit intimidating but literally everything was amazing. Try the tuna tataki and the grouper - both were flavorful and fresh takes on classic Florida dishes. Will be back!
It is a small restaurant with an industrial vibe and a small bar. It wasn't crowded, and our dishes arrived within a reasonable amount of time; however, our waiter never came back—even though he was right there at the bar, he never once looked our way, so we had to flag someone else down. Given the menu prices, we expected excellent service, though the food itself was exquisitely presented and delicious.
At first glance you might think the menu is standard for a higher-end establishment, however the creative fusion of pairings and flavors made for an unforgettable dining experience. The fried oyster appetizer had the most delightful texture accompanied with a sweet and spicy jelly. We also splurged for the bone marrow which laid on top of another delicious sauce we soaked up with the homemade bread pairing.
