I needed to upgrade my electrical system to make a line to plug in a charger for the electric car I'm getting. Time was of the essence. The technician Edison Electricians sent came out and gave me an efficient estimate. Efficiency is also the word for the work he did, which was excellent! He was happy to explain what he was doing. He cleaned up after himself very nicely. As a bonus, he was such a nice and friendly guy. Extremely satisfied! Will use this business again for my electrical work!

Called and was greeted with a "Hello" instead of "Edison Electrician blah blah." Then I had to ask if I was calling the right place and was rudely answered with "I am Edison" and. when I started to state my reason for calling I was hanged up. Didn't even get a call back. Very poor phone etiquette.
