Responsive to questions and concerns even before you book the job. Up front on the bid and no surprise costs in the end. The electrician obviously has vast experience and knowledge in the field and is happy to be doing his job. He got our lights installed without a single issue and we look forward to having them back out to do some lighting and switch installation in our garage soon.
Excellent service provided start to finish. They had no issues patiently answering all of our questions prior to even booking an on-site appointment at my local clinic. On the day of our scheduled appointment I received a call to notify me they were on time and they arrived at our scheduled time slot. We had them out to pull some very outdated fluorescent lighting from our kitchen and replace it with some updated and fresh under cabinet led lights. They had a technician out for a quote on time as scheduled and we were very happy with the prices quoted for products and services. They completed the removal and installation in a day and left the countertops as clean as they found them. The lighting is fabulous and we are very happy we chose Edison Electricians to complete the work.
Incredible customer service, ready to answer questions directly without giving you the run around. I was able to get an estimate for a small repair need and schedule the appointment quickly and with short notice. They did the repairs right, left the work area very clean and put back together, and I will for sure be using them for any future electrical repair or installation jobs we have.
Very helpful and sent someone out fast when we called because an outlet sparked and charred when we plugged in and turned on the vacuum cleaner. They removed the outlet cover and found that due to the age of the outlet which is in our older home, it had become faulty over time which is quite common in older houses with outdated electrical hardware.
