Horrible customer service Be careful of this shop. The most annoying things is bad customer service and not being considerate. I won't go there for ever! Try other shop if you have other options.
awsome shop. this shop is a great place. i had my car fixed at this shop and its came out wonder full. they were so polite. costemer sevice was great. go to this shop! if you want a job well done.
Customer Service, More Like Anger the Customer To sum it all up - HORRIBLE! First of all this shop has awful customer service and the owner is a complete moron.I can't believe this shop even had good reviews. Who the hell wrote those? My car looked great, but dealing with the two fat cows in the office was another perspective. How the hell do they run that business? We brought my daughter's Dodge Charger there after she had been backed into in a parking lot. They did a fantastic job on the repair - you can't even tell any damage had been done. It involved the front bumper, left light/housing and hood. They were super nice to work with, kept in touch through the whole process regarding insurance and parts and completed the work pretty quickly. I highly recommend Edison Collision because, they do wonderful work as a matter of fact excellent. They are honest and I would not go any where else. Just wonderful .
