DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for the ‘19 - ‘20 school year and it was awful. First you have to use McDonough Power and the air conditioners are so outdated your power bill will be over $100+ every month. They don’t have locks on the outside doors so anyone can just walk into your building. My roommate and I are Subleting our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for a one year lease for next fall, we have never lived in it before and we need it gone ASAP. Let me know if you are interested. Don’t live here!! These people are thieves and will try to suck all your money out . They have apartments with electric bills that exceed the 250 a month. Will do anything to get you to sign a lease and then not clean apartments and winters the window lets in the cold and the apartment never feels warm. Now I understood why they keep going bankruptcy every year or so. Start caring about people.
RecommendedAwesome place to live it. Rent is reasonable and being this close to campus is awesome for the price. The front office staff is amazing and does a great job to get any problems fixed as soon as possible, the maintenance crew does a great job keeping the place looking nice! Would recommend anyone in Macomb looking for a nice place to look at check this place out.
So many problems with these apartments. There’s a lot of things around that need to be fixed. I’ve tried calling the office a few times and usually they never answer. Not really sure why, but this places’ electricity bills get real expensive real quick. It’s a cute place, but not worth the money. Just terrible customer service and seems like no one cares about whether or not the apartment is in good shape for anyone to live in.
Sold twice in three years and never for the better. This new management company is unbelievably cheap and seemingly refuses to do repairs. It's not surprising they struggle to fill their units. Look anywhere else unless you enjoy dilapidated apartments, unresponsive management, no amenities, and slumlord conditions. Go to Turnberry or Aspen and save yourself the headache. Lived here 3 years and should have seen the writing on the wall when after this last sale of the properties all but one of the staff quit.
I’ve been trying to call for 3 weeks already and nobody answers. I’ve emailed, called, left 100 messages on Facebook but nothing. Does anybody work there??
