They packed my grandpas stuff in a trash bag after he died. What the hell? I know all nursing homes treat people badly. He chose to go in there because of his health. We didn’t want him to. He passed away in a hospital and we went to pick up his things. They gave them to us in a trash bag. I had given him a plant when he went in, they threw that in the bag too and all his belongings had dirt all over them. Do Not Bring your loved ones here. Conscientious people.. Excellent PT staff. Bring your own food.
Trying to talk to someone if this facility is a nightmare. They either out to lunch or not there. Every time I to speak with someone, they don't know who it is or please call back and they just hang up. Called and was trying to find out about my father and they have no idea about his medical and if they do no it is very vague. I was to be contacted if anything happened to my father. No more than this was told to me he was rushed to the ER after a fall and I only found out was after he called and told my mother. Called to fin... read more
STAFF IS HORRIBLE. Grandmother was recovering from her surgery here. She’d ring the pager to call a nurse...one showed up 45 minutes later. Staff don’t care, reception desk was completely empty with patients and visitors just wondering around.
They would over medicate my father. He would be sliding off his wheelchair and on occasions he would fall. One incident ended him up in ICU very bad place and staff need to be more educated on a lot of areas. Documentation was always wrong. Not recommended for your love one.
Case number one: my grandmother had a stroke in the morning and they didn't find out til the after moon ejem a familia reported her speech impediment. She passed a few days later. Case number two: they conveniently "dumped" my elderly uncle (for observation) with MR at a Behavioral Unit knowing damn well they had no intentions in taking him back. Because of their ignorance of word usage he is now blackballed from local nursing homes and was sent four hours away where he has no one to see him every week. This truly disgusted ... read more
I would love for the nurse in charge of my love one would have a line and answer the calls faster plus need more persons to provide a faster service to the patients
