I've been waiting 2hrs for a phone appointment. I came to the clinic, they kicked me out for COVID symptoms (I have 2 negative tests) so they said they were going to make my appointment a phone appointment, I've been waiting 2hrs! my appointment was at 0830 and it is now 1030. 2HRS! FOR A PHONE APPOINTMENT! And I'm still waiting!
