Bob is very knowledgeable about literally everything when it comes to houses. He would notice things that we didn't and let us know. He's very frank about what he thought about the houses we looked at. He is also very patient and laid back. I have worked with him three times now and will work with him again.
Bob is thorough, professional and personable. House selling/buying can be daunting, yet Bob laid things out step by step; had solutions to any challenges; super responsive with always a positive attitude. Great to have someone with the experience he has backing you up!
