Dawn did an incredible job with my wife and me in selling my father's home! She clearly explained the home selling process to us, gave us suggestions on how to make minor improvements to the home to get a maximum return, and worked with us in establishing a great selling price! This was my first time selling a house. Dawn walked me through all the necessary steps and quickly responded to all my questions. The house sold fast and above asking price. Dawn is honest, realistic, attentive, and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of home buying and selling. Her response time to questions was prompt. She has gone above and beyond in helping me to purchase my first home (condominum) and my second home (single family!). She also helped me sell my condominum.
