I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Joni Xiong as the listing agent on a property I submitted an offer on. The home went under contract very quickly before my offer was submitted. I let the seller know, whom I've met previously, that if the existing contract fell through, to please let me know as I am highly interested. Joni freaked out and contacted multiple people connected to me and accused me of "borderline harassment".
