We've had great experiences with all the doctors we've seen here. We do have a bit of a wait sometimes, but when we're in the room for our visit, I feel that the doctors always spend as much time with us as we'd like and make sure all of our questions are completely answered. If we need a same day appointment, we've always been able to get in, and the after-hours nurseline has been great as well when I have a question that I feel I need answered right away.
I love my daughter's doctor, but the billing office is horrible. I am still working to resolve a charge (on a task that didn't happen, but was coded that it did) on my daughter's bill from February.. February! After countless calls.. all of which were "forwarded on" but never returned, a letter explaining myself with payment of what I owe on actual services rendered, and another call to confirm they received it, I received my second letter saying my bill is overdue and I must pay it to "avoid further credit action." Our kids have been going to Southdale Peds since they were babies. The doctors are so great! We love Dr. Oie and Dr. Mitah, so attentive and caring when checking out our kiddos! Thank you!
