I called these guys after they were referred to me by a friend. They called to reschedule the initial appointment because they were too busy and I agreed. I assumed that I would be treated well after switching that appointment but that was not the case. The repairman never called to let me know he was on his way ( I sat by the phone for three hours). He supposedly repaired the A/C, but without my consent. I would not recommend this company in any way. Communication is key to running a business properly and they clearly don't... read more
