They went above and for my furnace. Matt came to my house Saturday morning. Liner in the chimney was blocked. Brought 2 more guys over and found a squirrel nest in there. Squirrel chewed through the liner also and the squirrel was still inside. Got the liner in sans squirrel. Price was very reasonable and they stayed cheerful. Can't say enough good about these guys.
Edina Heating went above and beyond the call of duty for my furnace. Matt came to my house on Saturday morning because my furnace wasn’t working. He realized the liner in the chimney was blocked – not a one man job. He came back later with 2 other men and found out a squirrel had eaten into the pipe and then built a nest with a plastic bag and everything. Completely plugged. I manage many rental properties in Minneapolis and have used Edina Heating & Cooling for many years. Chris and Matt show up on time and are very knowledgeable. They do what they say and say what they do. They don’t gouge you. They are very reasonable in price and far less than the companies you see advertised. They are personable and enjoyable to work with.
