I love Dr. Zusman, she listens and really seems to care. She doesn't always remember the things we talk about from previous visits because she has so many patients but she is great at what she does and I value her opinion and her care. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.. A negative would be it's hard to get appointments, when you call your on hold for a lengthy amount of time, more than 20-25mins. When I have left messages it took a week to get a call back.
The moment Dr. Zusman walked in my Dad's exam room, we knew she was something special. Her warm smile and gentle handshake greeted us. She took time to really hear what my Dad's issues and concerns were and addressed them all with confidence and expertise. Her plan of action for my Dad's Neurogenic Claudication and Lumbar Stenosis was on the exact line of thinking he was on. She is patient and kind. We feel grateful his care is in her hands. Her staff was also exceptional. Warm and inviting.

Evidently I had a large menginoma close to a vein in my brain. Every neurologist that looks at My MRI scans tells me how lucky I am that I did not have a bleed or stoke during the surgery and what a skilled surgeon I had. Dr Zusman' s bedside manner and people skills are truly a reassuring and total physician package. I count myself blessed to be one of her patients. I owe her a great deal.
