I had to give 1 star to start my review. I would be careful letting this company inside your home for any inspection. I believe Craig came out for ours. We are the sellers. The buyers realtor had scheduled this inspection. It was for 4 hours. Now keep in mind, I have nothing invested. The buyers realtor scheduled this. The reason for this review is upon returning home after they left, we found the key box in 2 pieces on our front porch, the key was left in the front door lock, with the door unlocked. Both Matt and Craig were very easy to work with and provided a very thorough inspection! They definitely helped to ease any concerns I had and were able to answer all of my questions as well as notice even the smallest things I would have never thought about. The report comes highly detailed with pictures, recommended fixes and instructions outlined and a list of many resources for you to use. Great company that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a home inspection!
