They missed a major issue in my home inspection. When I called Ryan, the owner, he denied it—even after seeing the problem in person—and claimed it "wasn't like that" during the inspection, though it clearly was. I found EVS Home Inspections through my realtor, which I later learned is called "steering"—a shady practice. My original paid report is now worthless. I was really impressed with EVS Home Inspections. They did a very thorough job and explained everything in detail while showing me the pictures of any areas of concern or issues. A thorough walk-thru inside and out was so helpful. Options for any issues were explained, and I was given several referrals and contact info for companies/contractors to update or fix issues now or down the road. They answered all of my questions.
