My order never arrived for Vday. Between yesterday and today, I had to call several times to get anybody on the phone. Just to find out that they still hadn't even processed the order due to a system problem, so I cancelled it all together. Their 877 customer service # was a joke too. I will not spend my money here again and advise you not to either. Customer service is not their #1 priority.
My boy paid 120 for $10 worth of greenish sour strawberries on a dirty lavender vase, 3 balloons and a bear. The bear wasn't delivered. I guess when he called to ask about it they didnt even believe him. But he went in person to pick it up. The fruit thing was poorly assembled, like the grapes and strawberries were so hard to push thru the skewers the fruit had finger dents and were bruised. I placed an order for my best friends birthday to be delivered and it never arrived. The payment went through but it was never actually delivered. Had I not called my friend I would have never known and had been out $90. When I called the store the girl was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one around. She was unapologetic and uncaring. I asked why my order was never delivered and her response was "uh, I don't know. I guess we just lost the order." SERIOUSLY?!
