NOT happy with their customer service. We had an order placed today for my mom's virtual bday and requested it to be delivered before 3pm its now 4:30 and just arrived. Great job ruining a surprise.

Some ways to improve... 1) deliver when you say you are going to deliver. 2) answer the phone 3) when you do finally deliver several days later, deliver to the correct address 4) don't deliver moldy fruit
I have sent them to my mother as well as my mother in-law. I’m never disappointed by the arrangements, they are so pretty.
SENT WRONG PACKAGE AND WON’T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES THIS MORNING AND NO ANSWER!!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE
My husband ordered me some arrangements on Valentine’s Day around 8am. And they never got delivered. We have called the store and can’t get through to anyone. Mind you he spent 119.00 on chocolate covered fruit that never got delivered. Wow.
