Ordered an arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries and when it was opened three days later, the strawberries were moldy and falling apart as the thin layers of chocolate slid off into the basket. Absolutely horrible. When I tried to call and complain, it was an automated system telling me to leave a message only to be told their voicemail was full.
