I asked for a morning delivery and it’s 5pm and they won’t even answer phone or anything! We have been sitting here all day waiting on it and had to cancel all other plans
Ordered on 1/30 for Valentine’s Day and still haven’t gotten order when they gauranteed it by 5pm. Now I can’t get ahold of any store or customer service. I will be disputing the charge and never using them again

Normally the workers are so nice and friendly and the fruit are so delicious I would Hav given a 5 but the girl yesterday was rude so sorry Hav to deduct a point

Delicious and fresh, the size of the strawberries was delightful
My driver went above and beyond! He was excellent. There was no one home at the time. He gave me a call to see if It could be delivered somewhere else to ensure my arrangement was delivered! He was great! Very personable...
After sampling the two new items yesterday. All I can say is that they are the "BOMB". But for what they charge for 1 item ($ 3.99), I wouldn't pay that much unless there having a special on a certain item that I really like.
