I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at the Uptown Blvd in Cedar Hill location. Not only was I on hold for 15 mins waiting for the associate to check on my order, she became extremely confrontational on the phone while I was expressing my frustration on why my order still hadn’t not been delivered! She didn’t even care and the first thing she used as her defense is “well, I can just cancel your order if that suits you!!!!” Who says that? I received an order today ..tops on berries withered, brown and rotting, berries sitting in a soggy melting mess. manager did not help employee hung up on my bf when he tried to explain. do not use this location. we spent over 100.00 and were to embarrassed to give what they delivered I wish I could add pictures here...oh and they forgot the balloons.

Leigh the store manager is a joke! she is very confrontational, i don't know if its bc in black but there is a way to speak like a mature adult.
Joya (cashier) was amazing and provided great customer service!!! Give her a raise!!!
Arrangement was fresh and beautiful I live in Ohio purchased for my Aunt in Texas she was very pleased with the arrangement. I am very appreciative.

I got a delivery today my son ordered and so disappointed at how this tray was threw together with bad fruit!!! and I mean Rotten strawberries, pineapple brown on the ends!!!
