Terrible!
I placed an order to be delivered on Friday February 17th. I used the tracker to get updates on the order (birthday gift for my wife) late in the afternoon on Friday the order went from received to arranging. It was getting closer to 3:30pm so I decided to call them to see if the order was going to make it by 5pm. I have been calling for 3 days to have an arrangement ordered and delivered for a friend of mine - no answers or calls back 3 days in a row after several messages SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I honestly do not know how this location stays in business - will also be reporting to the BBB.
Had problems ordering online , (over 30 minutes) corporate customer service was no help. I went directly to the store explained what was going on & The Pittsburgh Robinson location was absolutely AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING, NOT only did the staff resolve the ordering process but went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect.
