So unhappy with my order. I have tried calling and no one answers. My husband had ordered for valentines and the fruit was not fresh and it tasted horrible. Never again will we go to this location.
Order never delivered. No one will answer the phone. Order should have been delivered on Valentine’s Day. It’s Monday still no one will answer. Someone messaged me on Facebook and said it shows delivered, not true. The delivery address is a business with a camera at the front desk. Nothing was delivered. I want my money back. I understand, mistakes are made but you can’t talk to anyone to resolve. I plan on contacting BBB and our local news.
Ordered, Charged, Never received. Called everyday at least 10x per day since Friday to get someone on the line to refund my order with no answer. I see they are active on here but won't respond to anyone that has faced this game issue with undelivered orders.
Never receive my $101.72 order for Valentine. NEED MY MONEY BACK!!
My husband placed a Valentine’s order on Wednesday the 12th for Valentine’s Day and I never received anything. We call no one answers and leave voicemails but no one calls back. Both my husband and I have emailed as well we have yet to receive and answer. They take your money and don’t do the service you paid. If you can’t deliver then don’t over whelm yourselves.

I placed an order at 7:45am and was told on the phone it was out for delivery at 11am. I called and the lady at the store told me it would be delivered by 3pm or she would call me back and the recipient still has not received the order and i have not heard a word. I would not recommend using a business that doesn’t offer the customer service they claim to use on their website. If the order will be delivered late, then okay but don’t tell me a certain time and I expect it and then it not be there.
