My daughter is sick, she went to the office to ask for help on a application, they was so rude after she had giving the her $65.00. The staff told her to take it home and fill out the application, next my daughter went outside the back of the office to fill her application out in her car staff came out ran back inside, anyway the was trying to throw all azalea point resident in those unfinished apartments would have been better off at azalea point. They are wrong in all kinds of ways
Do NOT move here. Units are outdated & there’s an issue every other week. The new management does not care about the tenants’ well being & the maintenance emergencies are not treated with enough urgency. It’s truly sad.
Unpredictable with repairs, takes over 30 days for acceptable move in quality
Just moved in at first I thought it wouldn’t come to any problems in less than a week ima dealing with more problems then ever first apartment had horrible plumbing second apartment roach infestation in LESS THAN A WEEK DO NOT MOVE HERE only one maintenance guy a boogie white manager that swear nothing is hers to deal with honesty they fixed the heater but you would expect so many problems in just under 6 days I’ve been taking pics and videos but this has been very unprofessional and unacceptable!!
