I called to make an appt for my dog. They said they couldn't because I don't have a cell phone...This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. They have to come out to the parking lot to get my dog and can't take my credit card unless I have a cell phone..no contact rule...I don't have a cell phone because I have had brain tumors and stay away from cells. So ...guess I have to find a new place to take my dog after 14 yrs of going there. So sad.
how are you going to discriminate against somebody because of their medical condition and can't use a cell phone so you can't treat their animal! somebody's had brain cancer and can't use a cellular device anymore. this is the most disrespectful treatment of a person I have ever known of! I hope she sues you for discrimination!

when we moved to the area 13 years ago, we found Dr. Mark and Dr. Julie. they are awesome. they explain what is needed to care for our dogs and cat. the staff is caring and always helpful.

Everyone was so loving and welcoming, great customer service they took very good care of my dog made him feel so safe. everyone was very fast asking and answered all our questions
very pleasant staff, easy to get an appointment and never long wait. The vets love their patients. My boy was wagging his tail while they checked his eye.
Today the vet told me my kitten had a heart murmur. I looked into it more when I got home because the vet only told us the horrible things that could happen to him, didn’t give us any information or even tell us what we should do. It was their first round and didn’t even ask to make another appt.
