I have lived at their Union Gardens Apartments in NJ for over 20 years. This complex is disgusting and frequently has management issues. The tenants here are fed up. The building is not cleaned properly on a daily basis and it seems at though no one from Samantha Jessup, the office management, and the maintenance staff cares enough to keep our building safe and clean. I have been waiting on a call back form the regional manager for over the past 45 days. I currently reside at the fenton silver spring apartments and move out in 3-4 days. This complex is unorganized and unsafe.

I moved/transferred into my unit on June 1, 2016 and the air has only worked for less than 2 weeks and all I get is if you buy an AC unit, I'll put it in the window for you. An AC unit, we supposedly have central air. I have 2 fans in my room & 2 in my Son's room and it's still scorching hot in here. I'm up now nursing a migraine & a nose bleed at 4:00am. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been unimpressed with Edgewood's management of my property from the day I moved in. It is next to impossible to get someone answer your questions or concerns. If you can get someone to answer the phone, the answer is always, "I don't know." I've gone as far as e-mail the corporate office with zero response. There's been a dumpster overflowing with trash in the parking lot for over a month now. One of the contractors drove over some paint and left a trail through the parking lot. The ... read more
The worst place to ever live is in Temple Hills MD at Parkway Apartments. The maintanece are thieves, the property manager have a nasty attitude and don't know how to talk to the tenants. And every Summer we go over a month without having AC. The always blame it on a burst pipe and they have NO desires of fixing it the appropriate way. I've been living here for almost 7 years and I can't take it anymore. I'm definitely looking to move.
