Overall Horrible!! While living there was very nice, Maintenance men were awesome, moving out is a nightmare!!! Be prepared to pay THOUSANDS on unexplained expenses! Evergreen finds ways of charging you money under the word "pro rate" which in no way applies to you! They have lawyers that make you miss WEEKS from your job fighting in court!! A full YEAR after moving out they STILL send you bills!! Most horrible, lying, cheating corporation I have ever dealt with!!
