It really feels like a community there because we are all trauma bonded by the negligence Broadstreet has for its tenets. Then you better PRAY TO GOD there is not common wear and tear in their amazingly cheap carpets. After 8 years of them collecting rent and me being a very low maintenance tenet, they charge you over $1,500 for carpet wear and tear from the doors opening and closing. Do not expect your security deposit back no matter how hard you work to make the place presentable and maintained.

Oct.1, 2001 Just moved into these apartments last week and have had multiple issues with bird faeces on my balcony, broken blinds, dirty walls, and a stain on my bathroom counter that will not come out. Reported these when we first moved in and I am getting nothing but the runaround about it getting fixed. Not too impressed with their customer service when I’ve called multiple times, and the site manager also gives me the runaround. Gurleen at the rental office was amazing. However, when I moved in on April 1st she switched locations. I would have not signed with Edgewood place if I viewed with who is actually running the place. She makes terrible mistakes that disrupt tenants day-to-day living and tenants do not get compensation for it. The area manager isn’t any better.
