Wouldn’t even give these people .5 of a star. They are messy. They hire anybody. They will evict you over he say- she say. They do nothing about the drugs dealer and addict living there. They take a meth head word first. Literally overdoses in the parking lot. And They have massive Cockroaches 2024. Riverbend Apartment-Radford VA Edgewood is corporate office.

07/20/2023 Glenarden Woods Apartments, My experience here as my first time renting an apartment has been stressful, depressing, and unsafe. Because my front door, mold, & filthy air vents. Mold can harm your organs and reproductive system. As I have severe Asthma & Allergies. I have contacted them many times on certain issues that haven't been corrected as of 07/20/2023. I called for weeks after being approved on February 6th, 2023. Asking for a walk through date, instead they gave me a move date for February 15, 2023. Still... read more

Didn't give out any information.I asked for email addresses and managers for the Baltimore location. The receptionist stated she wasn't allowed to give out any information. Not easily accessible for further info.I understand the 1.2 rating for the management company.
