RecommendedWe are so lucky to have an avian and poultry Doctor in our area. debris hit my little call duck when the snowstorm collapsed our barn. Dr. Leduc was able to trace her limping and lameness issue to an injured toe. such a relief! And it was refreshing to see her do a full exam and not just focus on the injury. she examined her eyes, and even listened to her little heart. she has a great prognosis, and i have peace of mind.
Tremendous care and love flourishes in the clinic.! It’s worth checking out if your looking for a amazing veterinarian.
We’ve been going to Edgewood for about five years now. Dr. Kimball is very caring and so are his staff. Out dog recently had surgery and he called that night to make sure everything was going well. I also like that they are open until 6pm, so I don’t have to leave work early for an appointment.
From my own personal experience it feels to me as if staff and vets care more about monetary gain than client experience and quality professional care. I had scheduled a lepto vaccine for my puppy over the phone. When I arrive for my appointment my pup was rushed into the back vet room without me before the procedure was verified. When he returned he had received the wrong vaccine. Instead of clinic staff taking responsibility for this mistake I was charged for this vaccine. Dr. Kimball is a very caring and gentle veterinarian. Always efficient and the staff is very friendly.
They suggested little extra things to do during a visit. These things sounded free, but later they stuck us with the bill. After confronting them they would not work with us at all. I would avoid this place if you can.
Being new in town, I was afraid of finding a vet and vet office as wonderful and that I trusted as much as the one I had back home. From the first telephone conversation making the appointment, it was evident to me I had found a very caring group of people dedicated to helping animals and their people.
