This place is falling apart. Originally built as apartment buildings the construction was subpar from the get go. There are seismic issues, elevator issues, and water issues.
The most beautiful place to live A!!!!! This community has it all! Tennis courts, pools, jacuzzi, fitness centers, tennis courts, basket ball court, gazebo and BBQ's, dog parks and the only resort community with its very own private hike which only home owners can walk with magnificent viewpoints and benches to take in the pearls necklace ocean views! What a dream to live here!!!
Absolutely breath-taking views from both sides of the home. What a beautiful layout. I am so happy for my friends. There are several different towers and a dedicated parking structure. The security is fabulous. You have to be expected and security calls while you are at the entrance.
