I had moved into my place back in April this is still an on going issue and it's been 6 months the whole lease! They don't have storm windows it's cold in the winder because the wind is literally blowing against my windows without any protection literally 60 degrees inside when when they say they turn on the heat. If I could rate it a 0, I would. I have been living here for two years and have had nothing but issues. Elevator being broken on multiple occasions for 2 weeks plus which means taking the stairs, AC being broken for an entire summer, COCKROACHES being spotted in the basement and in my apartment, Laundry not working, garage door being broke, and worst of all NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/ MANAGEMENT that cares to resolve these issues with urgency.
