We have been getting eyecare from Dr. Gilich for quite a few years. She is very conscientious about checking into our various eye problems.
I got glasses last month. Rx is not correct!!!!!!!!
The service they offer from the time you walk in the door is outstanding. From the front desk to the assistants you receive selecting glasses. The lady’s are all outstanding. The service you receive while selecting frames is outstanding. The kind lady who assists you while selecting frames goes above and beyond. She is great and offers outstanding service. I highly recommend Edgewater Eye Care.
I wasn't real impressed. The week of, I was told the doctor wanted to leave work early and they forced me to reschedule. The busy season at my job is right around the corner, so I really wanted to get it over with the same day. They misgendered me on the text. Check-in was probably my most normal experience. I have NEVER felt comfortable at an optometrist office before, and I felt like I was getting judgement from the fact I forgot to clean my glasses, not knowing that the panel was rubber instead of glass and the fact I hav... read more
