I would give 0 stars if I could. The pool program sucks. People reserve chairs and never use them. They came into our apartment on day one to “check”’ the fire alarms, told us they didn’t work and left. The next day, the Fire alarms went off, but it was a false alarm at 11pm. We have 5 kids one of which is handicapped and wheelchair bound. Getting them out of bed and down stairs with no elevator “because of a “fire”” on the 12th floor was a chore, and keeping them there for almost an hour was a whole other problem. We stayed at unit 500.. beautiful unit.. clean Lots of space! The property is beautiful however could use an aesthetics updates in the front of building! The beach is literally 3-5 minutes walk!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Such a beautiful stay! The staff were wonderful. Pools were the cleanest of any condo we’ve stayed at. Great food at the restaurant by the pool too!
