I rented room 609 August 23 through the 30th 2026. The dryer never worked notified the office on the first day. They sent out a repair person that never fixed it and I cannot get a hold of a manager to possibly get a refund. I have called everyday and the manager is never available She has never returned my call My family has stayed at Edgewater for 25 years and always enjoyed our stay until this year. I believe they have changed owners who apparently don’t take pride in customer service. I will not go back
The Terrace are amazing, I would stay in a tent on the terrace. The best views in Miramar Beach, however, Edgewater is going through some changes. They seem to be renovating, buying, selling and increasing prices. Be careful about renting, they cancelled our reservations about two weeks before our vacation. They gave us a condo with a broken air conditioner, overflowing toilet and broken shower door to the point the shower was unusable. We go every year! It is the BEST place to visit!
Paradise! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful ocean views, the pool area, and the unbeatable location. Everything is so convenient — just minutes from the outlets, great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Renting directly through Edgewater Beach Condominiums (not through a third party) includes daily beach chairs and an umbrella during the prime season, which was a huge plus.
