TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Such a beautiful stay! The staff were wonderful. Pools were the cleanest of any condo we’ve stayed at. Great food at the restaurant by the pool too!
Great complex, great condo, fantastic location. Even weather was perfect.
2024... I went with 3.5 starts this year with some repairs being maintenanced finally! 2 new elevators this year! With the others being repaired or replaced! Outside of condo being repainted and looks so much better! Condo itself (514) terrace was actually weeded! And they got rid of of some old rusted furniture. Refrigerator was replaced also! Score!! Other than some spackle cracking and falling, spotting a couple bugs, bad house keeping, and what looks like a lot mold that wasn't addressed when we called main office to rep... read more
