I recently rented 3 condos at Edgewater in Miramar Beach. Two of those units, mine and my daughter's, were very nice. My son, however, had a different experience. He stayed in Room 407 and and experienced 2 problems that were never addressed, although he did report them. First, the ice maker did not work and water leaked under the refrigerator. This is my favorite condo in Edgewater unit 1106 is the best! We absolutely love this place!! The people are wonderful and we've been bringing friends for years.
Im not typically a person to leave a negative review but since I have tried to contact management for some resolution after making several "in person" attempts and phone call attempts, with no response, this is my only way to get someone's attention. My family and I stayed in room #811 the middle of May, 2026. Our 2nd day there we got a knock on our door stating the unit below us had water leaking into it. We recently stayed at Edgewater Beach Condominium and had such an amazing experience, from the gulf views from living room and master bedroom,to the best hot tub weve ever been in,and especially with the front desk; because of Kyla at the front desk. Our family has stayed in this particular condo, 116, off and on for years. Very little has changed ans its way overdue. Would you want to brush your teeth here? Or listen to a broken down master bed beat against the wall all night? The decor is so outdated and just ugly. Looks like it was purchased in 1980 at a thrift store or curb. Maybe we've stayed at SeaSide to long but for the price, we could be at Sea Side. Could be a 5 star with renovations but I just am giving it a 3.
