Paradise! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful ocean views, the pool area, and the unbeatable location. Everything is so convenient — just minutes from the outlets, great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Renting directly through Edgewater Beach Condominiums (not through a third party) includes daily beach chairs and an umbrella during the prime season, which was a huge plus. Paradise!
We stayed in #304 for a week. 6/7-6: /21 This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at the resort. This time we had air-conditioning go out during our stay, & drywall & water dropping out of the ceiling in our bathroom. All this, & then a built-in piece of mirror framing fell from the high wall in the living room, & shattered. This easily could’ve injured our son who had been sleeping on the couch below. I recently rented 3 condos at Edgewater in Miramar Beach. Two of those units, mine and my daughter's, were very nice. My son, however, had a different experience. He stayed in Room 407 and and experienced 2 problems that were never addressed, although he did report them. First, the ice maker did not work and water leaked under the refrigerator. This is my favorite condo in Edgewater unit 1106 is the best! We absolutely love this place!! The people are wonderful and we've been bringing friends for years.
