We bought a home here in March and our AC cannot keep up with the outside heat. Our upstairs is constantly 75+ making it difficult to sleep. DR Horton refuses to upsize the AC system for it to work properly.
Buying in EdgeWater has been amazing! We have been here since the start of phase one. No major issues. We are excited for all the fun amenities and great neighbors. I highly recommend if you are looking at it! The pickleball courts have been so fun and looking forward to the pool this spring! Shout out to Tom for helping us with the little fixes. Also thanks to Joel and Martin! We love the DR Horton Team!
I purchased my D. R. Horton home 2 years ago and had a really great experience with the building process, purchasing process and have had a great experience with the postconstruction process. I have had a few issues with my home, but all were resolved with the warranty process quickly and with great communication. There have been some delays with the other phases of the community which has delayed the amenities of the community, but the builder reduced our HOA fees to compensate for the delay and we have not been paying for ... read more
This was such a pleasure from start to finish! Joel was so on point to get everything set up for us, and to communicate the process. I was nothing but impressed, I will be back to do more business here with Joel at Edgewater!
