I am a service member currently on deployment. The roof leaked in to my apartment room, the gas stove leaked and had to call the fire department. These are their damages. They contacted me 2 years after I left the apartment saying I owe them 600 more dollars. Mind you, I didn't ask for my security deposit back. So these greedy people are asking for almost 2000 dollars even though it's their fault. They have malicious intent and now they won't contact me again, because they know they're disgusting and wrong.
Nice community to stay in, excellent service from desk to maintenance.
