Staff just sits and talks and laughs all day. The women at the front desk will just sit there and look at you while you’re waiting to be called on in line. They are so unprofessional and need to be fired. These women don’t even want to do their job.
I love the care and compassion I receive from staff. Sue Shafer is amazing and is very down to earth. I also appreciate all the support they offer lower income individuals when you walk in there is a support closet and they offer a sliding scale. Thank you for all you do for the p!
The triage nurse here name Courtney is disgusting, she is rude and unprofessional. I hope in the future she loses her ability to provide for her family and gets fired from being a nurse. The office manager here is lazy and unprofessional as well. I'm m going to file a petition against this facility with the proper authorities tomorrow for hindering my progress and getting my diagnosis treated. Dr.Harney MD. On the 5th floor demeanor sucks. She is by far the rudest and cold hearted dr. I have ever met.
