DO NOT GO THERE... I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and don't know anything going on with my baby. All I know is that he's health due to a trip to the ER. They treat you like you are dumb and as if they don't believe anything you say. My last appointment I was forgotten about in the room. I could hear the lady asking if there was anyone in room 6! My wife there while I was pregnant with my son. They were very professional, helpful, and put up with my wife even when she was mean to them.
Seriously, the worst care I have ever had! They treat you as if you know nothing and as if they honestly do not care about you or your well being. Stay as far from this place as you can, I had a horrible experience and even talked to the executive president about the situation and he claimed he was going to have a talk with the staff and return my phone call..... Still waiting.... and needless to say taking my care ELSEWHERE!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will treat you like a child who knows nothing. They will blow off any of your concerns and will not listen to you. Being pregnant, I was scolded for not eating and drinking enough but it was due to being sick and nauseous constantly, then when I told them the medecine they prescribed wasn't working they told me to not eat!!! After only 2 visits I was done and transferred my care elsewhere where I couldn't be happier. Edgerton's has continued to be a pain though originally sending me 2 bills for over 90... read more
Where to begin.... Well its not bad enough the Healthcare situation in America is below acceptable, but Edgerton's has to add to the situation. If you haven't noticed you are seeing fewer clinics where the doctor actually practices out of and more facilities like this one were you go see a practitioner (what is that anyway?), and they decide whether or not you need to see an actual doctor...
