With each new company, things got progressively worse. Maintenance went from responding within hours to taking many months to resolve major issues. I have lived here since 2021 and have enjoyed having a safe and well kept place to raise my daughter. Maintenance always comes quickly when requested and they are always friendly and communicative on what's going on. My townhome is spacious and having a backyard, basement and garage is a plus! Plenty of room for storage and hobbies! The only two downsides are that the basement leaks quite a lot of water when it rains, and the top floor gets extremely hot in the summer, even with the A/C running. Going into year 3! I grew up in Crown Heights and enjoy the neighborhood a lot, so when I moved back to ICT in 2022 this place was perfect find. The Staff is very understanding of my ESA. I’ve enjoyed many aspects of living here, backyard, space, accessibility and natural lighting. The backyard is really nice space and great for dogs, squirrels and eavesdropping the conversations at sonic. I’ve lived at Edgemoor town homes for several years. I LOVE IT!!! 😻 They are very attentive and kind toward their residents. They are helpful when you need something repaired. I’ve been very happy here. Very private and quiet! 🤫
